A little about me. I retired from the Navy after 22 years of service, retiring as a Senior Chief Yeoman, which is considered HR; however, I quickly discovered HR in the private sector is different. Because of this, I describe myself as a rookie eager to learn. I get excited about helping people grow into their potential. My proudest accomplishment is becoming a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a published author. I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 23 years, and we have two beautiful, intelligent, and highly opinionated teenagers.
