I'm a LinkedIn Confidence Coach who loves rugby and champagne. Would love to get to know the Espresso+ community better. I also help organisations with CX and business implementation.

Pets. I have a very bouncy Labrador puppy and two cats. People sometimes ask if you're a dog or a cat person, but I'm both.

DIY - I love a DIY project, I'm the ideas person and my husband is the doer. The best one so far is the outdoor kitchen, I drew a sketch and it turned it into a reality.

Rugby - I'm a big rugby fan. I'm a former player! I'm a season ticket holder at Northampton Saints and on the Supporters' Club committee. More recently I'm now volunteer as a Halo to meet and greet fans as they arrive for a match.
