I enjoy discussing different approaches to Product Management and especially company Growth. Our company has a well established portfolio and a strong customer base but expanding in to new markets brings interesting challenges and opportunities.

The longest time I ever spent building a LEGO set was around 50 hours, it should have been 22 but I realised I made a mistake about half way through and so I fully dissassembled and rebuilt the set!

Through my role I am across a number of customer implementations, bringing innovation and process improvement to HR colleagues is our passion.
